A Recruitment Consultant with over 10 years experience working with multi-national companies and is qualified in Psychometric Testing Level A&B, 16PF Conversion Course & Gallup SSP.

After extensive administrative experience in the pharmaceutical sector with GlaxoSmithkline and Novartis, Anne Marie developed a flavour for HR while working on the Pharmachem Skillnets Project. This project involved the design and development of standardised competencies for various disciplines within Pharma through the participation of over 40 companies nationwide.

Subsequently Anne Marie has worked as a Recruitment Consultant in Pfizer where she was part of a team responsible for the initiation of a Centralised Recruitment Centre for the multitude of Pfizer sites in Ireland. Since then, Anne Marie has worked with Centocor, Schering Plough, and Stryker Instruments.
