- CIPD qualified
- 11+ years recruitment experience which includes both agency recruitment and industry experience (high profile multi-national companies in the areas of Manufacturing, IT and Pharmaecutical among others)
- Has been involved in full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, contract negotiation and administration. This also includes development of sourcing strategies and hiring plans.
- Has recruited in a wide range of professions and strong experience in high-volume recruitment and start-up recruitment campaigns.
- Strong experience in partnering with Hiring Managers and building strong client relationships.
- High-achiever, results-driven and ability to work well to deadlines with strong project management skills
