While successfully operating her own business, Tara returned to education on a part-time basis and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management. Tara's graduate career began with the opportunity of providing recruitment coordination support of a high volume recruitment campaign within a leading multinational Bio-pharma company in Co. Cork.

Tara's strong work ethic and genuine interest in all aspects of Human Resources is instrumental in her successes to date and will assist her to further her career.
