Qualified to Masters level in Human Resource Management and having achieved Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, I have over 20 years experience in the area of Human Resources. Coupled with a specialism in the area of Recruitment, I have had operational experience of Training + Development and contributed strategically to more general Human Resources initiatives such as Compensation & Benefits, HR Operational Excellence, HRIS, Reward & Recognition, Talent Management, Communications etc.

My successes to date are largely attributed to my abilities to work well with people, to communicate effectively, to collaborate and influence when required, strong project management / organisational abilities and an appreciation for what is required in a given situation to ensure a positive outcome.

Having held roles from consultancy level to International Management level in organisations spanning the Services sector, Medical Devices and Biotechnology/ Pharmaceutical I have established good relationships, a strong reputation and a confidence in my abilities to deliver business-need driven solutions at both an operational and strategic level.
